Civil, Commercial and Workplace Mediation

In an ideal world we would be able to resolve our issues quickly and amicably, in order to move on with our lives.  Unfortunately that it isn't always possible, which is how mediation can help.  Mediation is when you are stuck and can't seem to make any kind of movement towards resolution.  It's an opportunity to discuss, explore (if necessary) and create an agreement, between yourselves, which can be deemed acceptable, by all parties involved.

As you can see from the rest of my website, I am not a lawyer and have never worked in that field, so if you want a mediator from that background, then I am afraid that will not be me.

As a Counsellor and Supervisor, the experience I have gained, involves enabling people to create the solutions which is best for them, enabling them to move forward with their lives.  By looking at the various stumbling blocks, working through their issues, and creating ideas which are possible, agreements can been reached.

My role as a mediator, quite simply, is to help you create and reach an agreement which you can learn to accept in order for this problem to eventually be put in the past, and life can move on.  You would expect a mediator to be impartial, non-judgemental and someone who cares and strives to help you, achieve all of this, which is what I offer.

If you decide that you would like me to be your mediator my fees are:-

Each party concerned: £65 per hour each

If the venue is more than 30 miles away from Liverpool city centre: 45p per mile split between all parties

It is usual practice for the parties to organise their own venue for the mediation.

If you would like to discuss this further, then please contact me

Fees are correct of March 2019
